THE REPAIR HUNT
December 15, 2018 - January 15, 2019
The repair hunt is being organized to help Andrienne Allen (MumuHime's RL Mom) save her home. 50% of the hunt gift purchase price goes to Rev. Allen's GoFundMe campaign and 50% to the designer. The Repair Hunt is theme optional and all in-world stores are welcome.
If you choose to apply, please make sure you can fulfill any and all requirements. Applications will close on December 6.
Requirements
1. You are required to rez the Repair Hunt poster in your store.
2. You are required to submit a hint and photo of your hunt gift. **Hints are to be provided on the hunt application. **Hunt gift photos can be dropped into the mailbox here: (add SLurl to location)
3. You are required to rez the hunt prim, fill and set it to sell contents before the final walk through. If you fail to do so and no contact is made on your part you will be dropped from the hunt. If you are removed from a hunt, you will not be invited back to the next unless you contact us and at least let us know the issue. We understand things can happen, just please keep us updated.
If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us. We will contact you via notecard to let you know you have been accepted to the hunt so you can start making your gift. You will then receive your hunt poster through a mailing system and be added to the (group name here) group for further communication, hunt prims etc.
TIMELINE
December 6 - Application Deadline
December 8 - Final Hunt Kit
December 12 - Your prim must be rezzed, filled, set and hidden
December 13 - Final walk through
December 1 - Hunt begins
January 16 - Hunt is over, you may delete your sign and prim
SPONSORS
Sponsors will take spots 1-10. Sponsor cost is L$100. Sponsors will be listed on promotional material and our blog (with social media info provided by store owner). Please note on the application if you are interested in being a sponsor. *Sponsor fees are non-refundable, please keep that in mind.
