She handles Customer Service and should be the 1st contacted for issues with clothing, poses, HUDs etc. She can contact Mumu in RL if need be BUT if you’re a Blogger with issues contact blog manager Lanny 1st. Only contact Rain if Lanny is offline and you need help ASAP.

She has the right to check blogs, add and remove bloggers who are not following the rules, the right to report you and she has the right to let you know of errors. This is her job meaning nothing is done to make you feel bad but this is a business. Your promo work bring us people. Our blog packs give you items to enjoy and to blog. If you are late she or Tia will let you know.
MHC+MHP Assistant: Tia (MHC Asst Resident):
She is the head of the groups. One of the FB page managers and site manager she can handle Event Info & Basic Customer Service. She helps Mumu most times so she’s very busy in SL and RL only events/hunts/fairs should contact her if Mumu can not be reached. Otherwise it can take more than 48 hours for her to reply.
